When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the material and make a reasonable effort to notify the person who posted it.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the US, the Southern District of Ohio). We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

In appropriate circumstances we will disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
